Mom Mode OS is a digital product and service. By purchasing or subscribing, you agree to the terms below.

1. General Policy

All sales are final.

Mom Mode OS does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once access is granted, unless explicitly required by law.

This applies to:

  • Subscriptions (monthly or annual)

  • Early access

  • Beta access

  • Founding member pricing

  • Digital downloads

  • In-app purchases

  • One-time payments

2. Digital Product Disclaimer

Mom Mode OS provides immediate access to digital tools, software, and proprietary systems upon purchase.

Because digital products cannot be “returned,” refunds are not provided after access has been delivered.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Cancellation stops future billing

  • You will retain access until the end of the current billing period

  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time

Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle does not qualify for a refund.

4. Beta & Early Access Terms

Mom Mode OS may offer beta, early access, or pre-release features.

By participating, you acknowledge:

  • Features may change, evolve, or be removed

  • Bugs, downtime, or incomplete functionality may exist

  • No guarantees are made regarding availability, performance, or outcomes

Beta and early access purchases are non-refundable.

5. No Guarantees or Outcomes

Mom Mode OS is designed to support organization, clarity, and relief.

We do not guarantee:

  • Specific results

  • Productivity gains

  • Emotional outcomes

  • Behavioral change

  • Mental health improvements

Refunds will not be granted based on perceived lack of results.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

  • Immediate termination of access

  • Revocation of licenses

  • Permanent account suspension

We encourage users to contact us directly before initiating any dispute.

7. Exceptions Required by Law

If applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require a refund, we will comply only to the minimum extent required.

All approved refunds are issued at our sole discretion.

8. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.

Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the website.

Continued use of Mom Mode OS constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
